EIC seeks to purchase shopping centers in attractive markets. We are pursuing potential acquisitions in the following markets: Texas and OKC and will consider other locations. EIC targets market-leading, grocery-anchored shopping centers that are between 10,000-100,000 square feet. We also look to acquire shopping centers with category-dominant anchors up to 100,000 square feet. AT EIC, we look for properties that match our acquisition criteria, with some of the more important aspects including: established location with automobile traffic, population density, strong sales from anchor tenants, and a mix of retail tenants that meet the needs of the surrounding population.
